KAM and Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited took the next step in people development by conducting the 3rd round of Stagemasters Global on 3rd June 2021.
The occasion was graced by participants from all 4 regions, PAN India and attended by 100 + audience.
The BMs, RHMs and HR head, from HO, Mumbai showed their support with active participation, learning talks and by giving on- the- spot active learning techniques to excel further in speaking!
Mr. Yogesh Basole – Head HR, HO remarked reminding one of the participants that THIS IS NOT ABOUT IMPRESSING BUT EXPRESSING. He blessed the audience with his deep experiential anecdotes that moved all. He also said that he can clearly see COURAGE AND SINCERITY in the talk .
Mr. Parminder Singh- BM (Haryana) beautifully acronymed LOVE as LISTEN, OVERLOOK FLAWS, VOICE OUT, EFFORT.
He summed up with words that must be echoing in the hearts of all today, that whatever we have gathered from here, let’s implement, let’s show gratitude to all today. Let’s give them a symbolic “Jaadu Ki Jhhappi”
Mr. Pankaj Malhotra – BM (Ghaziabad) said that it turned out to be a learning experience more than a talking experience.He was impressed with the courage, conviction, ownership, responsibility and accountability shown by the speakers.
The session was a beautiful, heart touching EMOTIONAL ENVIRONMENT with ringing melodies dipped in love being played in the background.
The speakers showed extraordinary skills when they spoke with Integrity, Intent and Involvement, the 3 I’s. and melted, softened and won the hearts of the vast gathering. They spoke advanced diction, vocabulary, conviction, style and content.
